The Columbus Monument Corporation invites you to join us for our Annual Columbus Day Luncheon Celebration at 12:00 p.m. on Monday October 9, 2023. Our luncheon will be held at the Oncenter’s Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center, following a Wreath Laying ceremony at Columbus Circle at 11:00 a.m.
You are also welcomed to join us for a mass at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday October 9, 2022.
Join us to honor this year’s recipient of the Joseph J. Pietrafesa Award, Dino Centra for his his contributions to the community and his unwavering support of the Columbus Monument Corporation.
We will also be honoring Sheila Austin RN, Executive Director and Board President of the Emmaus Ministry, and Rev. John Manno, Pastor of Holy Family Church, and Vice President of the Board, with the Pirro Family “Santa Maria” Award for their hard work and dedication to sustaining the neediest in our community.
Tickets for the luncheon are $50 per person and $500 for a table of ten. A portion of the ticket is tax deductible.
We ask you to consider a donation to our campaign to preserve the Columbus Monument. This year, more than ever before, your support for this important campaign is needed. Any size donation is greatly appreciated. Donors of over $100 will be recognized at the luncheon. Donations are tax deductible.
